RPSC Exam Question Paper Pattern Details

As mentioned in the above section, the selection process of the RPSC examination has different levels.

Preliminary Examination: The RPSC prelims question paper contains objective type multiple choice questions and answers. The RPSC pre-exam is for 200 marks, and questions are given on topics the general knowledge and general science. The time duration for prelims is 3 hours.

Mains Examination:  The RPSC main exam consists of four papers of 200 marks each. Each has descriptive/ analytical (brief, medium, long answer & descriptive type) questions. Candidates will have a time duration of three hours for each paper. The first three papers will have questions on general studies and paper-IV will have questions on General Hindi & English.

Personal Interview: Candidates who clear both tests are invited for an interview round. An aspirant who cracks the interview is selected for the post.

Skill Test: Few vacancies required a specific skill. RPSC board will conduct a skill test for the candidates who applied for the post.
